Bullock Realty Capital offers both recourse and non-recourse loans for the total project cost, which includes the cost of the land, the hard costs for the horizontal improvements, the soft costs (including an interest reserve and sales commissions) and a contingency reserve. In addition, we offer vertical construction loans, up to 85% LTC, for single-family spec-homes.
Bullock Realty Capital offers both recourse and non-recourse loans for new construction, through our conventional partners, as well as, through our private equity and debt funds and through our, government guaranteed loan products.
BRIDGE
Bullock Realty Capital offers both recourse and non-recourse loans, for multifamily and commercial properties, which do not meet permanent loan criteria and include funds for property upgrades. Once stabilized, we provide short-term or long-term financing.
PERMANENT (AGENCY, CMBS & PORTFOLIO)
Bullock Realty Capital is a leader, in providing long-term permanent loans, for the acquisition and refinance of multifamily and commerial real estate, through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Insurance Companies and Debt Funds for multifamily and our CMBS platform, includes all types of income producing commercial real estate.
