Bullock Realty Capital offers both recourse and non-recourse loans for new construction, of multifamily communities and commercial real estate, through our conventional partners, as well as, through our private equity, portfolio investors and debt funds and as well, through our, government guaranteed loan products.

BRIDGE

Bullock Realty Capital offers both recourse and non-recourse loans, for multifamily and commercial properties, which do not meet permanent loan criteria and include funds for property upgrades. Once stabilized, we provide short-term or long-term financing.

PERMANENT (AGENCY, CMBS & PORTFOLIO)

Bullock Realty Capital is a leader, in providing long-term permanent loans, for the acquisition and refinance of multifamily communities, through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Insurance Companies, banks and debt funds and both multifamily and commerial real estate and through our CMBS platform, that includes all types of income producing commercial real estate.
